Anybody have one in which the head of the statue isn’t cut off?

The head would still be there if that blasted badger had not chewed it off!

I don’t know the name of the statue but the item on the head of the woman on the capitol building is a badger. The guide told me so. The statue may be named Ms. Wisconsin. Now I want to know the name.
